About My Teaching
I’m a certified Pilates instructor and a yoga teacher-in-training. My classes combine Pilates techniques with yoga-inspired movement, creating a mindful, flowing practice that builds strength, improves posture, and supports overall wellbeing.
My approach is about more than exercise — it’s about helping you reconnect with your body, release tension, and find balance in both strength and calm. With a strong foundation in Pilates and ongoing training in yoga, I bring a thoughtful, informed practice that’s accessible to all levels.
