How insignificant a thought is when you forget it—

lost in a whirlpool,

when naturally you’re in a still lake.

Put the turbulence aside,

lose it in the reeds.

May as well learn from the ducks,

ride the ripples and preen your feathers,

keep your mind present and clean.
